Guiding Information

We not only have Ontario's largest team of fly fishing guides we also have more drift boats on staff than every other fly shop in Ontario combined! Our team of guides are trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly and they provide a superior level of service. You can choose your guided day according to which waters you would like to fish, which species you want to catch or simply go with the flow and see what our guide recommends. One thing is for sure, you will enjoy every minute!

Mackenzie River boats are the back bone of our guiding operation but walk and wade trips are available upon request or simply when it make more sense.

Why Hire a Fly Fishing Guide?

Our team of guides know the local rivers better than the fish in them & a good guide makes the difference between having a nice day of seeing new water versus a great day of fishing. Our friendly, knowledgeable guides know what fly to use, when to use it and where to cast it. Most importantly, our guides are always prepared for any situation you will encounter and they are properly insured.

Our Water:

Our team of guides & outfitters cover all of the better known destinations in Southern Ontario and, more importantly, many rivers and streams not commonly fished. Each guide has a handful of lesser known & often more productive spots that all but guarantee a good day of fishing. You let us know what you want to catch and we will get you into a great day of fishing!

What is included?

Our Guides provide a lunch & non-alcoholic beverages but anglers are responsible for bringing their own gear, flies and current Ontario fishing licenses. A typical guided day is a minimum of 7 hours of fishing and while clients are responsible for arranging their own transportation for a nominal fee we can also arrange a pick up and drop off. For anglers without gear rental is available.
