I got talking with a customer yesterday about his desire to get back into fly fishing after a very long hiatus and one of the questions that came up was what was on his wish list. He paused for a moment and asked, “Is this a Genie moment ?” We both laughed and what followed was a fun bit of “blue skying” that had us both talking about where we would fly fishing – and for what – if we could go anywhere. His list included Damdochax Lodge in British Columbia for Steelhead, Rapid Lake Lodge in Northern Quebec for Arctic Char and the Flower River Lodge in Labrador for Atlantic Salmon.
If you could have 3 wishes with regard to fly fishing what would they be ? [More importantly, when are you going ???]
