We have been talking a lot lately about a fund raising event called “Esma Wilson’s Cast for Cancer” which will be held this week at the 2010 Toronto Sportsmen’s Show. All money raised will go to funding cancer research at the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
We are hoping this will become an annual event but the only way it become a fixture at the Sportsmen’s Show is if this year’s event is a success so please tell your friends about it and plan to come down to the show to give $10 to join us casting a fly on the 150′ long fly casting lane. There are over 30 prizes to be won that include everything from casting lessons to guided days of fly fishing to a 3 day trip for 2 to the Restigouche River Lodge worth $5,000 !
