Wow – what a difference a year makes! Today marks the end of what has been by far our best January in our store’s history. Thanks go out to our customers who have made WILSON’S their fly shop of choice – we greatly appreciate your support.

As I write this we have 19 entries for our January fly fishing photo contest but you still have 2 full days left to enter your pictures! This month’s competition is fierce as we have received entries from the Northwest Territories, BC, Alberta, Ontario, Wyoming (we think…) and Cuba! We have fly tying classes every other Saturday in the store and WILSON’S is fortunate to have one of the better instructors in the Greater Toronto Area heading up our program. Sheldon Seale is a former President of the Izaak Walton Fly Fishing Club, a frequent guest speaker at many industry functions and a great fly tyer! Each class starts at 9:30am and ends at 12:30 pm and the cost is $50 per session. Please note that you must sign up (and pay) at least 3 days before each course.
