If you have not heard, the Canadian Fly Fishing Forum is about to undergo a much needed and long overdue face lift. We have heard through the grapevine that the Izaak Walton Fly Fishing Club has decided to make some big changes in the Canadian Fly Fishing Forum in 2012. At a club meeting this past Wednesday evening a presentation was made in favour of moving to a larger venue and growing the event and we are told that the vote was unanimously in favour.

We would like to offer our congratulations and thanks to the members of the IWFFC for making this decision because it means that fly fishing in Ontario is going to get an infusion of energy that will benefit us all. Watch for details in the coming weeks!

This coming weekend the Izaak Walton Fly Fishing Club is again hosting the Canadian Fly Fishing Forum at the Holiday Inn Burlington. 2011 is the 35th anniversary of this show and all anglers are welcome to attend.
