We are in the process of updating all of our fly fishing access maps and should have them on our site very shortly. Backroad Mapbooks have kindly given us permission to use their information and we highly recommend their new DVD series that includes a GoogleEarth Map overlay.
It is important to note that we believe there is a fine line between being helpful to fly fishers by steering them in the right direction – and being hurtful to our fishing resources by telling people the location of specific pools to fish. Accordingly, our maps show access points that are already in the public domain and may highlight stretches of rivers but do not specify individual pools. In addition we will also list area restaurants and places to stay.
In order to make our website the place to come for good and free fly fishing information we will appreciate your suggestions on other maps to include, restaurants you like and places you recommend.
